Installing Zoom (Android phone)

 

1. Tap the Google Play icon.

At the bottom of your screen, tap Apps.

 

2. At the top right of your screen, tap the Search icon.

Enter “Zoom” in the search box.

 

3. Once your search results appear, tap Zoom - One Platform to Connect.

 

4. Tap the Install button.

Installing Zoom (Apple phone)

 

1. Tap on the Apple App Store icon on your Apple device to open.

 

2. Tap on Search at the bottom right of your screen.

 

3. Enter Zoom in the search text box.

 

4. Select ZOOM Cloud Meetings from the available app choices, and then tap on the GET button.

 

5. The install process will start.

 

6. Tap Open.

How to join a meeting using the join link

1. Click the invite link or copy and paste the link into a web browser.
   The web browser will redirect you to the launch meeting page. A pop-up will ask if you want to open Zoom Meetings.

2. (Optional) Select the check box if you want to always allow Zoom to open links of this type in the associated app.
   Note: This option is only available on select browsers.

3. Click Open.
   The Zoom app will open and direct you to the meeting.
   Note: This button may say something else, such as Allow or Open zoom.us, depending on the web browser and device you are on.
